ACTIVATION
SOLO PRACTICE
In this process, you are going to explore what happens when you move your sexual energy into a specific chakra repeatedly.
It’s recommended to begin with the heart or third-eye chakra and explore others over time as you get comfortable with the technique. Find a private, comfortable space where you can relax and focus. Set an intention for this practice and speak it out loud to yourself.
Refer to the Chakra Guide and choose the point you would like to activate.
Step 1
Begin by stimulating yourself slowly, focusing on building gentle, pleasurable sensations in your body. Take your time to relax and feel connected to your body, letting your pleasure naturally build. Notice different sensations and anything else that arises without attachment or judgement.
Step 2
As your arousal level reaches a 5 on a scale from 0 (not turned on) to 10 (climax), inhale deeply and imagine using your breath to pull the sensation up toward your chosen chakra. Visualize the breath as a vehicle for pleasure moving the sexual energy from your genitals to the chosen chakra.
Exhale and imagine the pleasure expanding and filling that chakra. Repeat this process, breathing at your own pace and feeling the connection grow stronger.
Step 3
Continue to visualize a connection between your genitals and the chakra, as if there’s an energy channel or tube linking them deep within your body. Each time you feel the pleasure build to a level 5, take a deep, intentional inhale through your mouth, guiding the sensation to the chakra.
With each exhale, allow the energy to expand within the chakra, feeling the chakra activating and responding to your breath and focus.
Step 4
Continue this breathing and focusing on the chakra, allowing any sensations, emotions, or images that arise to flow through you. Be fully present with whatever arises, whether it’s warmth, tingling, a feeling of openness, or even just a subtle awareness in the chakra.
Step 5
Once you feel complete, take a few moments to breathe naturally, letting the energy settle within your body. Reflect on any insights, feelings, or shifts you experienced, and take a moment to appreciate the connection you’ve cultivated.
