Full Body Orgasm
SOLO PRACTICE
The goal is to cultivate a continuous, full-body state of pleasure, rather than a single peak or climax.
This Full Body Orgasm practice is about learning to spread sensations of pleasure from your genitals throughout your entire body. With practice, this can lead to deeper, more expansive ecstatic experiences of bliss and oneness.
Step 1
Find a comfortable, private space where you can fully relax. Begin by setting the intention to explore and expand pleasure through your entire body, instead of chasing climax. Start by gently stimulating yourself until you feel turned on, using touch or breath to build the initial arousal.
Step 2
When you feel a level 3 of turn-on (where 0 is no arousal and 10 is approaching climax), inhale deeply into the pleasure you feel in your genitals. As you exhale, visualize the sensation spreading from your pelvis out to every part of your body. Imagine your sexual energy flowing in five directions: down your legs to your feet, up through your torso, out through your arms to your hands, and up through your neck to your head.
Repeat this breathing deeply and visualization, allowing the sensation to spread each time.
Step 3
Stay aware of your pleasure level and continue to build gradually. When you notice the pleasure reaching a 3 or beyond, inhale into that sensation as if fanning a flame. Exhale and let it flow outward to every cell in your body.
As the sensations intensify, inhale more deeply and fully, focusing on spreading the pleasure further into every area of your body.
If you feel yourself starting to experience a greater intensity of pleasure, or if you’re moving towards an orgasmic state or a peak pleasure state, you can inhale more deeply, more rapidly, and really practice pumping this pleasure throughout your entire system.
Step 4
Once you reach a steady level of arousal, around a 3 or 4, start creating a circular flow of energy. Inhale and feel the turn-on rising from your genitals, moving up the front of your body to the top of your head. As you exhale, guide the energy down your back and back into your pelvis. This creates a continuous loop of pleasure.
Repeat this cycle with each breath, visualizing the pleasure moving up the front of your body and down the back, circulating in a loop.
Step 5
As you continue to practice, you may notice the energy beginning to circulate more easily. Allow it to spin and build momentum on its own, becoming a self-sustaining wave of pleasure. Continue feeding this cycle with each inhalation, letting your turn-on move through the loop of energy you’ve created.
Step 6
Stay curious and open to whatever sensations arise. Notice how the experience of pleasure changes as it circulates through your body. Keep breathing, spreading, and circulating the energy, letting it move more freely and expansively.
Step 7
When you feel complete, pause and take a few deep breaths to integrate the experience. Reflect on what you felt and learned during the practice. With time, this exercise can deepen your ability to spread pleasure throughout your body and create a more powerful, connected experience of full-body pleasure.
