SOLO PRACTICE

In this practice, you'll be exploring how to create a continuous flow of pleasure energy in your body without climaxing.

Over time, this process becomes more natural and automatic, allowing you to experience deep, sustained pleasure states.

Step 1

Begin by setting the intention to explore pleasure as journey without climax. Your goal is to keep your energy circulating through your body in a loop, rather than letting it peak. Make yourself comfortable and give yourself some time to go slowly, take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Step 2

Start by stimulating yourself in a way that feels good—using touch, breath, or visualization. As you feel turned on, visualize this pleasure as a golden ball of light within your pelvis. Each time you inhale, feel this light growing and intensifying.

Step 3

Once this golden ball of pleasure feels full, inhale and imagine the energy rising up your spine. Let it pause and pulsate at your heart, then inhale again to bring it up to the crown of your head. Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth, and as you exhale, let the energy flow down the front of your body back into your pelvis.

Step 4

Continue stimulating yourself, building pleasure in your pelvis. Each time, gather this pleasure into the golden ball and repeat the cycle—moving it up your spine, pausing at your heart, then up to your crown, and down the front of your body. Keep your focus on maintaining the flow and amplifying your pleasure. If you feel close to climax, slow down or take a break before continuing to stimulate your body.

Step 5

As your practice deepens, allow the energy to flow in a continuous loop without stopping at your heart. Visualize a waterfall of energy circulating up your spine and down the front of your body. Feel every bit of turn-on feeding into this loop, creating an ongoing, flowing wave of pleasure.

Step 6

As you maintain this circular flow of energy, keep expanding and experimenting with the sensations. Let go of any urge to climax; instead, enjoy the fullness of this continuous stream of pleasure as it fills and energizes your entire body.

Step 7

When you feel complete, take a few moments to rest, breathe, and integrate the sensations. Reflect on how it feels to hold the sexual energy in your body instead of releasing it with climax.
