Your whole body and nervous system has the capacity for ecstatic pleasure. Learn to consciously radiate and sustain sexual energy throughout your entire body.

The way most people learn and experience arousal in the genitals and they keep building the sexual pleasure in the genitals until a climax or a peak of pleasure happens in a single explosive experience.

That’s one way to do it. There’s nothing wrong with that. That’s still beautiful and to be celebrated.

There is another way, however, called Full Body Orgasm or Full Body Pleasure. This means that instead of letting the pleasure build up in your genitals over and over again until it overflows, the turn-on starts to build up in your genitals and you consciously distribute it throughout your body.

You have likely felt the way your nervous system can distribute sensation. If you’ve ever had your foot fall asleep and then it starts to feel like the sensation is moving up your leg. The same thing with warmth, if you’ve ever felt warmth somewhere in your body and then the warmth starts to spread throughout your body. There’s this feeling that you have a sensation and then it can spread, it can exist in other parts of the body beyond where it started.

Envision pleasure or sexual energy moving throughout your system, flowing through each part of your body. It doesn’t matter whether you think of it as energy or not, you can move sensations of pleasure throughout your body.

There are two main ways to distribute the turn-on:

The first is by using your intention to move the turn-on throughout your body.

The second is breath. Breath really helps to open up your entire system so you’re more receptive to sexual turn-on flowing throughout your system.

Breath also has the capacity to help move the turn on.

You’re going to learn two different techniques in this practice that will help to create Full Body Orgasms. Full Body Orgasms not only give you orgasmic sensations throughout your entire body, it can also help sexual experiences last much longer and feel much deeper. A Full body Orgasm generally feels more powerful and more connected, both to your partner as well as spirit, the universe or something bigger than ourselves.

For men, the Full Body Orgasm experience can become separate from ejaculation. So, if you learn how to have a Full Body Orgasm as a man, you are not dependent on having to ejaculate in order to orgasm, which means that you can become multi-orgasmic.

As a woman, it’s very natural. Instead of pushing your sexual turn-on down into your clitoris or into a limited space in your genitals, having a peak experience and then having it be over, there’s a kind of naturalness to moving the sexual turn-on up and in throughout your entire body.

The Practice

In this Full Body Orgasm practice one of you is giving pleasure and the other one is receiving.

It’s recommended that you experimenting manually with your partner, for example one of you is fingering the other or one of you is giving a hand job to the other.

Generally using hands is the easiest way to start to learn this. After you’ve practiced it that way, you can either do oral sex or you can do this with lovemaking. When you both feel like you’ve got a handle on it, then you can use it during lovemaking either at the same time or whenever you feel pleasure throughout lovemaking

First, as a couple, decide if you are going to do this Full Body Orgasm practice manually (with your hands, one of you turning on the other), orally (one of you turning on the other), or in lovemaking. You can do all different varieties of this and use this audio/practice over and over again in the different positions.

Just a note: When you first do this, it will feel less sensational. You have to train your body and your sexuality to feel deep levels of sensation as you do this process.

Keep going with it, even if you don’t get it the first, second or third time. You will eventually master it together.

Step 1

Start stimulating each other in the way that you have decided until the receiver is feeling turned-on or both of you if you are making love. Build turn-on and do the breathing process and the energy process.

Step 2

Keep your awareness on your turn-on, on the pleasure that you feel and monitor your pleasure levels. A zero is you’re not turned on at all. A 10 is that you’re moving towards climax or you’re having a peak pleasure experience.

 As soon as you get to a level 3 of pleasure, inhale directly into the pleasure, like you’re blowing on a fire. Exhale and visualize that turn-on distributing throughout your whole body. As you inhale into the turn on, in your penis or in your vagina or vulva, when you exhale, spread the pleasure in all 5 directions: down your legs to your feet, up your torso, through your arms to your hands, and through your neck to your head.

Keep repeating this breathing and spreading the turn-on in all five directions.

Step 3

Remember in this process that you can always request something different.

Ask your partner to touch you, or make love to you in a different way.

Keep feeling your turn-on, your pleasure.

Every single time it moves to a level 3 or beyond, inhale straight into the pleasure, exhale spreading it to every single cell in your body.

If you feel yourself starting to experience a greater intensity of pleasure, or if you’re moving towards an orgasmic state or a peak pleasure state, you can inhale more deeply, more rapidly, and really practice pumping this pleasure throughout your entire system.

Step 4

Now as you get to a level 3 of turn-on, pull that turn-on with your breath; imagine that latch on to your pleasure with your breath. Inhale it, from wherever you’re feeling it, up the front of your body to the top of your head.

Exhale it back down your body, back to your genitals. Create a circular movement of turn-on.

Keep doing this every single time you feel turn-on at a level 3 or above. Inhale, use your breath to latch onto the turn-on, pull it up the front of your body to the top of your head. Exhale down the back of your body.

Step 5

As the pleasure starts to build, if it starts to build, keep feeding this cycle, this wave of turn on that goes up the front of your body and back down the back.

Let it spin on its own. It’s like the turn-on gets a momentum, and it’s starts spinning and moving. It has a life and energy of its own.

As you continue to build arousal, take that turn-on and bring it to the cycle, feeding the circular channel of energy with each breath.

Step 6

Keep going and keep exploring.

Step 7

When you feel complete, you can switch roles and have the other partner receive. Or if you feel finished you can integrate, cuddle and discuss your experience.
