In Sex Magic, you will make love while feeling your sexual pleasure and turn-on build. Moving this energy through the different the chakras as you focus on your intention.

You can do sex magic with an intention or as a style of lovemaking which can be really beautiful and intense.
If you do this with the manifestation as a couple, then decide what you are creating and what your intention is together.
When you have gotten or created what you wanted from the sex magic:
• What you will see
• What you will feel
• What you will taste
• What you will smell
• What you will hear
You don’t have to have the vision, but it has to be the same intention.
Then decide your North Star, meaning how you are going to receive this and what it will be in alignment with, for example:
• The highest good for all being
• With love
So, before you begin the process decide and get clarity on:
1. Your intention
2. Your vision of what it looks, tastes, smells, sounds and feels like
3. Your North Star
4. How you will receive it
Sex Magic is best done while making love, and you can do it in any position, but for ease of control, missionary and yab-yum are two positions that work well.
The Practice
In Sex Magic, you will make love while feeling your sexual pleasure and turn-on build. Moving this energy through the different the chakras. You will use your breath and your focus to move your sexual energy from wherever you are feeling it, into that chakra. Please refer to the Chakra Guide.
At the end, you will send your intention out to the universe through the top of your head and visualize again how it looks, sounds, smells, tastes and feels when you get this intention.
It is important to not climax before you get to the very last step, so if at any point you are close to climax, pause the stimulation but continue breathing and moving the energy. Then you can return to lovemaking again.
You can spend about 2 minutes on each chakra.
Step 1
Start making love until both of you feel turned on, so that there is a good amount of sexual energy and connection between you. Take as long as you need.
Step 2
Move the sexual energy into the cervix or the perineum. Move it here over and over again, and keep the focus in every breath and movement to pull this pleasure into the cervix or the perineum.
Step 3
Move the sexual energy into your sacral chakra – your tailbone all the way to the front of the body – and feel it, collecting it using your breath and focus. Move all of your turn-on to the area from your tailbone and between your hips.
Step 4
Move your sexual energy up through your solar plexus to the back of your spine, and feel this whole area fill with pleasure.
Step 5
Move your sexual energy to your heart, filling up your whole chest, all the way back to your spine.
Step 6
Now move the turn-on into the pit of your throat and all the way back to your spine and feel the activation and the opening of this area.
Step 7
Move the turn-on into your third eye and your brain. Feel your pleasure and turn-on, move it with your breath and focus into this area.
Step 8
Move your sexual energy to the crown of your head. Using your breath and focus, move every bit of pleasure and turn-on to the crown of the head.
Step 9
Now let yourself climax or feel peak pleasure and imagine your intention in its full vision and experience, activating all of your senses. Feel, touch, smell, hear and see it, and send this full impression out into the universe, out from the top of your head.
Then feel the energy come back down through the top of your head, through every part of your body all the way down to your feet. Slowly, feel your creation become real and continue to feel yourself having this reality. Envision having it in the present moment, with all your senses.
Step 10
Now you can either continue making love or you can integrate the experience.
