As a couple, decide how you are going to experiment with valley orgasms. Eventually, you can just do this naturally during foreplay or intercourse, but in the beginning you want to train yourselves.

I highly recommend doing this while one of you is being fingered or receiving a handjob, or even during oral sex, but whatever feels best to you to experiment as a couple.

One of you will be offering sexual pleasure, and the other one will be receiving. The receiving partner is doing the valley orgasm practice.

The idea in this practice is that as you are getting turned on, you are going to inhale through the different energy centers and create an orgasmic loop throughout your body. When you really get the hang of this, the orgasmic loop will run on its own, so you don’t have to do anything, it just happens.

When it just happens, that’s when you enter the valley orgasmic state. But in the beginning, you have to train your energy and reroute and redirect it. You have to work intentionally with it, but over time you will learn how to make it move and circulate on its own.

Once you’ve decided how you are going to train as a couple, pause this audio and move into that. Take as long as you need, and once the receiver feels turned on, then press play again and follow the audio follow along.

For the giver:

Remember the importance of not pushing your partner into climax. You want them to experience pleasure and turn-on, but not climax. If 0 is not turned on at all, and 10 is climax, then bring them to a 9 and let them work with the energy. They might not reach a 9, so whatever level of turn-on they have, let them work with that.

For the receiver:

It’s your responsibility to let your partner know what level of turn-on you are at, and if you start moving beyond a 9 into climax, ask them to pause. Keep monitoring your turn-on levels and keep communicating it to your partner. Don’t climax. Also, during this whole practice, I encourage you to feel free to direct your partner to touch you in the way you want to be stimulated. Also, be very focused on learning to breathe and move the energy.

Step 1

Start turning on your partner and building sexual energy.

Step 2

As your partner is stimulating you, inhale into your genitals and feel this turn on as a gold ball. It is like you are collecting your turn-on as a gold light inside of your pelvis.

Every single time you feel a turn-on, breathe deep into your pelvis and feel that you can turn your sexual turn-on into a golden ball of light inside of your genitals.

Step 3

Once you feel this gold ball has grown, and you feel that it keeps getting bigger, then inhale it up your spine, feel it pause for a moment at your heart and feel it pulsate at your heart. Then inhale it up to the top of your head and feel it pulsate at the top of your head. Then touch your tongue to the roof of the mouth, and exhale it back down the front of your body.

Step 4

Let your partner turn you on again, and they will keep stimulating you as long as it feels good and you don’t go over level 9. Keep building this turn-on into a beautiful gold ball inside of your pelvis.

Step 5

Again, inhale the gold ball up the back of your spine to your heart, and feel it pulsate at your heart. Then inhale it up to the top of your head and feel it pulsate at the top of your head. Then touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth, and exhale it back down the front of your body.

Keep repeating this over and over again.

Step 6

Now as your partner stimulates you, and you inhale the gold ball up the back of your spine, don’t stop at the heart, but let it be a continuous movement up to the crown of your head. Then touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth and let it circulate back down.

You are creating a waterfall of circular energy inside of you with your turn on. Use your breath and feel the movement of your turn-on. Feel every bit of sexual turn-on and pleasure and how it feeds into this circular waterfall of energy.

Keep feeding it – keep growing it into this circular movement of energy. Keep letting it flow more and more, and keep expanding and experimenting.

Step 7

At this point, if you feel like you want to move into orgasm, you are going to take all of this orgasmic energy and cycle it in this waterfall of energy system.

If you are nowhere near orgasm, that’s totally fine. It may not be available to you yet, or this practice may not be able to get you there yet, but keep experimenting with it and develop your practice of moving your pleasure into the waterfall of energy up your spine and down the front of your body.

Whenever you feel complete, you can stop and integrate the experience. Or go ahead and switch roles as the giver and receiver.
